HOW ABOUT LBO?

At tis prices Nordex is a sold cadidate for leveraged buyout. If King James had any brains he would already have tried.

Sure enough that is unlikely if B&D and friends own more than 10%. Zuckers probably would not tender either, but you never know. If it was quick enough and done at a resonale prce (say 0.45) they could be tmpted to have a fip.
