NEW 5 YEAR LOW. IS THE COMPANY DYING? ACTION REQUIRED

I bought 50,000 shares of this junk after Zucker MT announced their initial position. My average cost is about 23 cents. In less than 6 months I have lost over 50%.

Emergency measures (to ensure corporate  SURVIVAL)  of the board should include:

60% EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION CUT (including pay of CEO, VPs, and Directors)
3 yearr salary freeze for employees
Bringing representatives of Levesque group and Zuckers to the Board
