Anybody know when Q1 earnings are expected to be released?

In 2014 results were posted on May 23 In 2013 Apr 28 In 2012 May 30 In 2011 Jun 28 In 2010 May 27 In 2009 May 27 In 2008 May 28 Mix them all together divide by seven or bell curve it. To me best guess looks like May 25 - May 29th. If they are not proud of the results May 29th. If very proud May 25th.  From comments made by Jim Taylor in the MDA and news release I believe that the results

Thanks for the insight. Other than Zucker Family Trust, who do you think owns this stock? Widely held? Do you know of any other big owners? It seems that Q1 could drive the stock price even lower... if your speculation on results is correct?! Seems like lots of headwinds for this business right now (FX, input costs, expansion and related expenses, mining industry malaise). ?? But I guess some good

Some of this information is available through Nordex' transfer agent.  As a registered shareholder you have a right to inspect the names of shareholders on that list. If you check out the SEDI web site you will see the names of insiders who presently hold shares of the corporation. Sorry for not including the Ammended Revocable Jerry Zucker Trust. Yes they doe own 2.94 million shares. They are insiders due to this holding. As such they are not allowed by law to purchase shares until 48 hours after the first quarter 2015 financials have ben publicly disclosed.  As to other large holders.
