I am thinking about it as I am in Canada now. Considering that I dumped more than half of my shares it is not much of a priority. Am not sure whether I can be civilized with Taylor who destroyed this fine company.

I am planning to be there. I want to know what happened to the $670,000. That much money doesn't just disappear. I will be asking the audit committe why Jim Taylor's truck is not treated as part of his income. Nordex does not need that size of vehicle. I am told that he fills it up at Nordex gas pumps. Thank you B&D. Unfortunately I am facing some new health issue and will have to address that as my first priority. An old man like me (I was born a couple of days before Crossgrove) has to face that. Please keep us informed about what happened there. I am curious how many proxies are represented, how many were withheld, how many withhold the vote.

I can't make the meeting but would certainly be interested in this new structure that's been proposed.   A President, / CEO, a Chairman and this new proposed "Person in Charge".  Is this Zuckers' way to take control, splitting off the explosives business with O Reilly & Taylor and taking the empty but clean shell away.   A clean registered company is worth

Nobody posting about AGM. Interesting. Let me speculate why. Very few people probably went. Most "old" shareholders probably already dumped their shares, and have no interest in the future of this company. O'Reilly, Taylor, Wiens, Luciani et all probably refused to answer any questions, dispensing instead with regulatory formality. I am sure that some board members did not even show
