New Loan

Perhaps the new $850,000 loan will provide the board with the $500,000 (2 years salary) buy-out 
for Jim Taylor.   I haven't seen or heard any explanation for the loan ............we can only hope

Am I missing something here or does that make $3mln borrowed since September 1st?  Am somewhat where the other $2mln went.
