Approving the EPC offer when OMNIA was ready to pay more is incomprehensible. Embarassing end. Perhaps I should not be surprised. Luciani, O'Reilly, Hunisett are among the worst directors in the corporate canadian history. They mismanaged terribly the assets of this company and sold out at a huge loss to most of shereholders. Majority of the shareholders bought into Nordex through private placements at 40-45 cents. Luciani et all made the money raised from these issues "dissappear" through their incompetence. At least Luciani had to take the loss too (he bought his shares at over 30. Clowns (taylor, Luciani, Hunisett , O'Reilly) should never be trusted to manage assets of a publicly traded company.
