NYX Gaming is the third largest online poker software provider to all of the world’s major online gambling sites. The company has low leverage, high recurring revenue (90 percent), high inside ownership (35 percent), and is aiming to organically grow revenue by over 30 percent in 2016 (plus potential acquisitions). The stock trades at 12X consensus earnings but could be trading as low as 7X earnings if management is able to hit their margin targets.

Did a huge financing of $4.50. The stock has been weak and has also been pretty thin. Inside ownership is about 35%. It wouldn’t take much to swing the stock one way or the other. Management believes they can grow organic top line by about 30% next year. Organic growth of 30%. On consensus earnings it is trading around 12 times. Trading at around 7X earnings. They also do acquisitions.

A name that has been fairly volatile. A lot of online gambling stocks have been impacted by Amaya (AYA-T). Amaya got access to New Jersey, and it was thought the level of scrutiny they went through was extremely high, so any of the allegations still being investigated should have been cleared. As that becomes more and more disseminated you should get a lift in the online gambling space. There was also a question of a compensation plan which has now been cancelled. This is the world’s largest or 2nd largest online Bingo. The stock is bloody cheap trading at around 6-ish times of forward consensus.
