Unfortunately, on the expense side of the ledger, we are not operating as efficiently as we would like. Through our recent acquisition phase, our management team delivered strong organic growth despite facing the challenges that this industry presents; not only different languages, company cultures, and time zones, but also disparate products and technologies.
As planned, we are, however, on track to achieve the cost and revenue synergies in 2017 from the OpenBet acquisition and have identified further company wide cost savings, which we anticipate being finalize in Q4 and will see realized in 2017.
EPS is very difficult to predict going forward because it fluctuates dramatically based on the change in the value of various derivatives in our capital structure. The values fluctuate based largely on our share price. I would suggesting reviewing the "fair value adjustment to derivative" on our income statement. It's much better to look at Adjusted EBITDA as a measure of performance in our business.
