thoughts on nyx - bought today

thoughts on nyx - bought todayhi guys, have bought nyx today for the first time. Have some previous industry experience so can elaborate for those who are interested. What I don't like about nyx is that their casino development - netent & yggdrasil beating them in game quality, ux etc. I am not big believer in management either - for very different mentality from Malta/Stockholm/London companies, being quite old with lack of genuine passion for what they are doing. Also their focus on reducing the debt should be real action demonstrated to shareholders rather than often used phrase. 2 years ago, NYX for me was a dinosaur and igaming company with the lowest potential for 100%.

BUT I do not know if it was a muse or sudden enlightenment, they are on the right track with mostly everything they do past year. Giving up poker? Great thing. Focus on regulated markets? Everybody is doing it, but for NYX these actually represent significant revenues. Openbet acqusition? Sportsbook used to be a big absent in nyx portfolio, now it might be a cash cow and at the moment it is the most potential vertical. Price around 1,10 CAD? I am interested.

2 things can happen in the future. A good path is focus on sportsbook and casino products quality, CUTTING EVERYTHING else - cutting jobs, cutting costs, cutting, cutting cutting. NetEnt has 2B usd valuation and has 700 employees - compare to NYX (!!!). Tiny structure would deliver efficiency and making NYX smart and adaptable sportsbook and casino player is what is needed - but it requires change of the structure.

Or they will be happy with revenue rise, not changing the key people who fit the right way i stated, hiring more people who make the company even less flexible and do some more acqusition and then go crazy from all that mess and efforts to integrate.

For everyone in NYX who is willing to listen - cut what is not necessary, admit you have a debt and changing it is #1 priority, shake with the company structure and focus on quality of sportsbook and casino.

and you people here - do not hesitate to engage and comment, thanks!
