RE:If sale fell through I'd buy all I could again at $1.10I hear you on that.  However it won't get that low.  The 30million breakup fee is about .28 per share in cash.  Add that to the 1.13 closing price the day before, you get 1.41 per share.  Then add the premium created by the simple fact that NYX received a buyout offer and I suspect this thing would trade in the 1.80 - 2.00 range pending another offer or NYX growth on its own.  You could get a flash drop to 1.50 or so, but that would be it.
