I Don't Believe It - So Sad

And it is old news The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1,223,370 shares to settle outstanding debt for 1,729,323 euros ($2,520,142.20) So if they are paying off $2,520, 142.20 in debt with 1,223,370 shares which is $2.06 cents a share HOW THE F'CK DID YOU COME UP WITH $1.41 A SHARE?

OOPS....I told you I wasn't thinking clearly.....I didn't notice it was euros vs Cdn. Thanks Quantum for clarifying.
