PROXY information on its way
Just checked SEDAR and the management circular and proxy stuff it on there so I imagine it will show up in our mail boxes in the next few days.
Not going to bother reading all 251 pages of the info circ. I am going to vote for as soon as i get my proxies because one of the arguments NYX will use in court if this actually get there is how many shareholders have agreed to the takeout so if you are going to vote yeah, the sooner the better
This would not stop you from voting for a better deal if it comes out but that will have to happen prety quick.
