The ten year trading average for NZ was safe to say approx 3.00 per share.So why is the Placement @.38 cents? That is a massive discount.It should of been more around min 1.5-2.00 The cost of the 3D Sysmic was worth much more than the price they sold the placement @ The 2023 bid based on next to no liquidity should not be a parameter.
