Incoming lawsuit against Lost City - Santa AnaLost City SAS, a company owned by Cedar Capital (Ian Slater) holding the Santa Ana project, keeps refusing to return a property held also in Lost City to its legitimate owners in this fraudulent transaction, and holding it ransom preventing its current owners to develop the property. 

The current owners tried all amicable ways to resolve the matter, and now are prepared to start court action against Lost City to regain control of their property and claming for damages and injunctive relief. 

The owners of this property also filed a complaint before the TSX reporting the fraud being commited by Cedar Capital (Ian Slater), a breached agreement from previous ownership by Red Eagle Mining (CB Gold) and acknowledged from the beginning by Outcrop Gold, whom which attempts to find agreement to warrant the return of the property if the transaction gets approved by the TSX, if the owners withdraw the complaint.

The TSX is aware of a meeting held today in Colombia between both legal representatives of Lost City SAS and the legit owners of the property to resolve the matter, that ended with no positive outcome and reiterating the deliberate refusal to return the property back to the owners from part of Lost City SAS.
