New CEO Interview with Junior Explorer

New CEO Interview with Junior Explorer

Following a productive 2023, Outcrop Silver & Gold (OCG.v OCGSF) is targeting a strong growth strategy including demonstrating the potential for a larger resource at its high-grade silver Santa Ana project, as discussed by the CEO Ian Harris in his latest interview with the Junior Explorer

Boasting one of the highest grade undeveloped primary silver projects in the world, OCG's Santa Ana Project in Colombia has a mineral resource of 37 million ounces grading over 600 g/t AgEq and 18 km of untapped veins.

With plans for significant expansion of their Santa Ana Project following a productive year in 2023, OCG's growth strategy includes "demonstrating the potential for a larger resource, maintaining a tight environmental footprint, and being prepared to scale up operations if silver prices rise".

Aiming to quickly move to the middle section of the deposit, there is the potential to increase the mineral resource to over 100 million ounces as the current resource is only on 10% of the property with less than 25% of the concession area mapped.

Furthermore, the excellent metallurgy at Santa Ana enables multiple production options from concentrate to dor with 93%+ recoveries and without cyanide.

While 2023 marked a crucial year with the Maiden Resource Estimate at Santa Ana, OCG is gearing up for an upcoming drill program beginning in April, focused solely on high-potential targets with proven mineralization, significant resource expansion potential and strategic locations within a highly prospective mineralised corner.

Emphasizing silver's unique industrial applications, particularly in decarbonization and high-tech industries, and its current undervaluation due to its high demand, OCG is highly leveraged to rising silver price in a favorable, low-cost jurisdiction with government support for mining to diversify from oil and coal.
