Well Summarized Paulindoon
I just wanted to add to what Paulindoon has summarized. The new corporate development position was news to us all. His name is Gautam Narayanan, and he holds a Master of Science in Geology, and holds an MBA in Corporate financing. The holy grail for ORX is Juby, and Stephen did say "how to finance it is another story" although he doesn't know how much it is valued , after he spoke about Tahoe and Bonterra Mining Companies for their 4 + 1 million ozs at 1 gram/tonne which borders our recently purchased McGarry. "Everyone knows everyone" but "nothing imminent" according to Stephen, although he later added, that "timing is everything", and Stephen seemed a bit worried at the current risk considering the current size of our market cap. My take is that a few new larger investors might be able to offset some of this risk. Keep in mind that Stephen has recently sewn a lot of seeds in Europe, so anything is possible. Also Stephen said that they are close to hiring a data geologist for Charles Beaudry. Stephen talked about 6 or 7 mining companies that successfully developed past duds with a different take on things, so these were very good benchmarks for ORX to follow. Stephen strongly believes M + A is coming, and "we're going to where the puck is". I was very impressed on Stephen's focus for shareholder value, to resist the temptation for a $2 or 3 million drilling campaign, when you can just go out and buy something for pennies on the dollar anyway, and there is the chance to repackage it to make it more economically viable. He touched on the speculation investments being taken away by pot stocks, and crypto (artificial scarcity) currencies. One more thing. There were 54 investors who cast their vote.
