and mill until 1988 and a total of 360,000 Au oz were produced. Today, Xochipala remains largely unexplored by
modern exploration methods
May 2005, a positive stand alone Los Filos feasibility study is announced by Goldcorp. Final development decisions
are deferred until a combined feasibility study is complete for both Filos and Bermejal. Work is advancing quickly on
mine infrastructure at Los Filos.
?? June 2005, Aurea Mining Inc is listed for trading on the Toronto Venture exchange (TSX-V: MXA). Key players in
developing the GGB story form the company, including Enrique Miranda, David Euresti-Reyna and Alfonso Martínez-
Vera from MMC and Dr. Klaus Zeitler, Ken Thorsen and Gillian Kearvell from Teck. Collectively, they are responsible
for nearly 8 million ounces of gold discovery in the GGB with roles in the discovery and development of the GGB
concept, the Nukay, Los Filos, Ana Paula and Limon-Los Guajes deposits.
