Certainly the stock price has confounded expectations over the past 12 months despite certain milestones being achieved, although a reasonable counter would be that prior to the Covid-19 pandemic the trend was certainly moving in the right direction. I'm just curious as to how you arrived at $0.65 CAD as a watershed for the buyout price?
