RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ORRCF TODAYim not sure if they can drill without a permit..but i know Brasiles is in Chihuahua not Sinaloa and the permitting there is easier than on the south side so yes Brasiles will be one of the first holes if not THE first drilled and it can be done concurrent with the ip
