My god the stupidity on this board sometimes.  Why are you even commenting if you clearly know nothing about the company.  

The 3 month delay in drilling was due to the private placement blackout.  This was explained.

Options were restructured, which does not take money out of the treasury.  Also if you knew how an option worked, you would know that it gives someone the right to PURCHASE the stock at the strike price.  It does not entail the company giving them money.  Quite the opposite actually.
