If that is the case then they should put out a news release to that effect and not play games .
I don't think they could do that. If they did, I'm sure the authorities would demand a halt on pending news. This is week #5 that they have them, so for sure it's not the in-house guys confused as to what they're seeing. Furthermore, this team is too straight to screw around with data, so in my view they're being reconfirmed.
Hopefully, they get the news they want and lay it out as the PDAC is going on. The timing would be perfect!!!
