Great detail, I realize the NPV is all over the map and will likely be dynamic with all the variables for some time to come however Is there a ballpark percentage of NPV that could be considered as rule of thumb for determining what ST could be valued at.

I've heard 40-50% of NPV. However, I doubt there is a normal distribution. In this M&A cycle, I would bet on being surprised more than not.

Yes, kinda what I was thinking,. All kinds of factors. Would also depend on how expandable the resource was, the over all size of the project and the business cycle,. Sounds like 40% might be a safe reference for now,.

Adam Smith has mentioned in the past that the 2-year trailing average copper mine is used by the majors in their NPV calculations when valuing deposits.
