RE:Delay in filing You would think this is on the CFO. Must have known about it for some time.. There was a comment in the resignation announcement that suggested he left a good team to follow up the work in the finance department. Most likely more to the story then we will ever know. Surprised the stock did not take much of a hit as a result of the announcement. I suspect there are not a lot of major investors aside from the insiders so most likely a lot of vegan foodies invested and still have a lot of faith in the company. Took another look at their business plan outlined in the last MD & A. Still think the company has a lot of potential but needs to focus on the here and now, and put some of those far out plans on the back burner. The Western announcement is a good example of how to manage a franchise. Sign them up and make sure they open quickly not like the Ottawa announcement two years ago and still no action. Maybe insiders are putting up some more money into the play. Really strange bids and asks on the play about and hour before the bell. Bids moved up to the .24 cent level. They settled down to the .195 range. Could have been someone trying to get a handle on on the sale volume. Surprisingly not a lot. Was a 50,000 bid at ..195. Stock back to ,20, Think there was another 50,000 bid at .20. Looks like most holders ane not prepared to sell at these levels. Stock is holding up nicely.
