Comparison Charts in Metals Pullback

Comparison Charts in Metals PullbackI thought it might be interesting to take a look at some of the other stocks that had large or even parabolic gains during the same period as this Odyssey chart. Odyssey https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ODX.V&p=W&yr=2&mn=0&dy=0&id=p97360592524&a=42005474 It doesn’t take a genius to see that PM stocks that had big percentage jumps have been doing the usual harsh retrace from the strong or parabolic advances. Here are just a few: Bitterroot (waterfall pattern) https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=BTT.V&p=D&yr=0&mn=6&dy=0&id=p03072072804&a=77605236&listNum=1 Crystallex International (parabolic reversal) https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=KRY&p=D&yr=0&mn=6&dy=0&id=p67328202256&a=48218572 Coeur D’Alene (cliff dive) https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=CDE&p=D&yr=0&mn=6&dy=0&id=p67696680871&a=75891047 Cardero (modified ski slope) https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=CDU.V&p=W&yr=2&mn=0&dy=0&id=p38815721727&a=39585505 Century Mining (busted triangle top) https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=CMM.V&p=D&yr=0&mn=6&dy=0&id=p98803390835&a=75468044 Claude Res. And that point is that ODX is hardly alone or unusual in having a harsh retrace from the heady and euphoric gains in December-March. Just as they overshoot to the upside, inexpensive stocks also often way overshoot to the downside. Panic grips people when stocks lose ground in high percentages. That’s a beautiful thing for us accumulators. It means that we can add even more cheaply, courtesy of the panic sellers. Elvis Presley’s voice: “Thank you, thank you verrrry mush.” And, this is time to be adding, picking off those panic sellers when they appear in this writer’s humble opinion. Have a good one, Gene Arensberg aka “llccman”
