From what I can gather, the spotlight just being set up and filled with magnesium*, hopefully for events to come. Now a new director, a new geo-consultant. Why do you think that might be happening pj? (*is that magnesium sulfide or bromide or some other kind of "mide" that they put in the old search lights? I can't remember.)
