While I must admire your optimism, i think you're delusional to think that David McPhail can pull it off.  As I said earlier, the pandemic and government handouts allowed this company to stay afloat and if not for that, they would have folded due to poor sales, direction and incompetent management.  You can go back to two years before Covid-19 and it was the same situation, notoriously infamous for promising sales growth, underdelivering and keeping shareholders in the dark.  As manufacturing comes back on line they may pick up a few new customers but the US is hell bent on buying US made goods/technology while Canada's manufacturing sector is not a huge market.  If the tech is sound then it comes down to one thing (CEO) and until that changes, OEE is going nowhere. jmo
