management change needed

management change neededI have watched this stock for years and imo it will not succeed under its current leadership.  Period. Its SP continues to flounder amid seemingly positive news but the street lacks confidence in McPhail to grow the company.  He owes it to the investment community to at least give that a try, to find a more seasoned tech CEO that can attract investment dollars, drive sales and execute an effective marketing campaign.  The biggest mistake a CEO can make is believing he/she can do it better than anyone..."i built this business and no one on earth understands it better than me".  The sign of a good CEO is one who recognizes their own strengths and more importantly, their weaknesses and hires great talent to assist in all areas .  I sense that David McPhail is too stubborn to give over these reigns of power and that will ultimately hold us all back. IMO
