CEO - needs to go ASAP

CEO - needs to go ASAPi said this years ago and even had an email exchange with David.  I have alot of respect for his industry knowledge, his passion and drive to succeed.  But that does not transalate into automatic CEO material.  and neither does share ownership.  The failing of many companies is the stubbornness and attitude of their founder who maintains "no one can do it better than me".  A little humility would go along way to admite there are more talented CEO's out there with proven track records that are more talented than David in this area.  Hell, work out a small salary with a back end loaded performance incentive as to not be a cash drain.  There are many ways to do this but it must first start with David and the recognition of this.  Otherwise, we are done.  jmo  glta
