I just reread the news report again. If there is nothing there why is letwin lending money? Will he own the whole thing after a default?
I was wondering if this is a strategy better than a"poison pill"? 84% ownership is pretty poison. It could also be poison if the plan is to go private and uck guys like me. Although,at the same time,reverse merger was mentioned and that was what I was hoping for... I will say this is scary and is certainly looks biggest "cliffhanger". With all those new shares if something happens they make out like bandits!

If the"plot was thickened"they must have over heated the hollandaise and thinned it or if it was gravey,it must be scorched. If you look(lol)at all these"executives"pasts...are they just professional scammers? Do they not sence the smell around them? Well...I guess the flies like them.
