KBC Halt

KBC HaltAnyone know what the KBC halt is about? Do they have anything much to do with the OEL/CCX/KBC two wells deal or did they just sell land for farmout? In other words are they required to raise money? Shaky bunch if you ask me to be rasing money in this market for two wildcats!!!. TKS
