PEI lack of drilling

PEI lack of drillingWhat is all this company bull from RAL/OEL about drilling in PEI. Company news realeses in PEI papers says starts drilling in June then July Aug oops now Sept then late Sept then Oct, Nov. They have not announced a driller/contractor as yet and have not even applied for the permits required. Months an months away if ever!!!! Anyone got a straight answer.
