There are a lot of possibilities. But still a chance the company could go under. I'm inclined to think they will come up with a solution benefitting everyone.

The more I think about it...the more I wonder if there are in fact lots of possibilities.  if the debenture holders and company do not come to an agreement...isn't the company bound to go bankrupt??  I mean based on the evidence in front of us, do we really think the company can get financing elsewhere? Idk if banks or lenders will be willing to give a loan to the company in its ...more

The company is definitely in a precarious position -- but, it's going to be a long, drawn out process. They won't just go bankrupt over night -- there will be transitionary steps in between. If you're an investor, you'll probably get more clarity in the coming weeks when the quarterly report comes out.

Yes, as per sedar, once the interim reports get filed, it should begin trading again.
