I agree with DrillFillBill, with Canada having plenty of opportunities and money tight-why go off and play around in the 2nd or 3rd world???? Focus on Canada. Great people, great resources, vast unexplored parcels of land, legal and political stability ....
I see a lot of TSX-V companies doing that, and to me, it shows me that their play in Canada is no sure thing, not that anyone is saying it is

Wouldn't it be wise to play Chuck Flipke's Metalex Ventures (Victor II?) with some imminent news upcoming, or Peregrine Diamonds with DeBeers now on board, and be ready to re-enter OLV at the same price or perhaps lower (or perhaps a bit higher) down the road a bit
Either way I have learned that to sit and wait for the illusionary opportunity, when they are more near-term real opportunities in front of you is not wise, we all have only so much money and so much time
Not here to bash, but to just give another insight on the time value of money and portfolio management
