Roll BackGreat to see some other people/shareholders stepping up and stating the facts about roll backs and penny stocks. HP stated it , "remove the threat" .... as that is exactly what a 10 for 1 reverse split is to current shareholders...a threat of capital depreciation. There is more opportunity for OM maintaining the current structure. This type of rollback makes me think that there is perhaps a "going private" transaction in the mix going forward....or a managment takeover (management leveraged buyout)...hmmm ...makes me wonder.
