shortng gold IMO they are not really shorting Osisko for any reason other than it has a bit more leverage then shorting bullion or a senior producer. Most of the shorts realize that October is usually the worst month for the gold spot price and as Romney edges closer to Obama in the elections the fear of the excess stimulus being taken away is a possibility.
