If youre right, imagine what weve could have gained if shares had been received in that deal. Fyi, last time I spoke to Bob Wares was in regard to that transaction which I find major. He never justified himself, I felt like I was bothering him. So you guessed it, I sold half of my position and took my loss. I wont speak to him again. We pay their salaries and deserve a better treatment.
