The Company is focused on the exploration of the past producing Omai Gold Mine in the Potaro Mining District of Guyana. The Omai property is located 165 km south-southwest of the capital city of Georgetown, Guyana. The Company also has a 100% ownership interest in the Grenfell Gold property in Kirkland Lake, Ontario.

ARA.TO’s cash position is strong and management is definitely focused on streamlining operations to reach operational goals. Although progress is being made; we feel investors should maintain their current position and probably should add to their position incrementally up to/until a regulatory filing for SoftScan® is made.
