The Omai property is located 165 km south-southwest of the capital city of Georgetown, Guyana. The Company also has a 100% ownership interest in the Grenfell Gold property in Kirkland Lake, Ontario.

Base case IRR below 20%, not so good. Better at $2,200 gold price.

AISC just over $1,000, sounds great, if they can achieve it.

Hope they can get this financed, at reasonable terms.
