Undervalued

UndervaluedGoodmorning

I just wanted to put my two cents in on this stock...

I too see this as an undervalued stock. There are quite a few other stocks out there right now that are trading at multiples far in excess of where we currently sit. If you look around the gold sector you will see many companies that are mining gold and still cannot turn a profit yet are sitting at multiples in excess of 26 ie: Avion Gold. Now this is not to bash on those companies howeve, as yes they are producing more ounces on an annual basis however their float of shares is in the hundred of millions and increasing whereas we sit below one hundred mil.

I think we will find out some interesting information tommorow regarding the plans for advancing this company into a solid mid tier producer of gold with the attractiveness of also decreasing milling costs at the same time. If we can make a profit with costs as high as they were last year just think of what we can do if the tonnage throughput increases and the price of gold increases to 1500.

I think someone posted earlier about no brainer.....

Cheers Moneydaze

oh yeah and follow the money ( goldman sachs as a large shareholder....golden...no pun!!  :o )
