Thanks Clyde (and Roy),

At least something is happening. So they have this shareholder meeting/vote then we might hear more. Could be a few more months at least since the Shareholder meeting is not until November. Once that is done maybe we hear something in December.

It is really hard from that info to determine how many shares will be outstanding. 40-50 million? maybe more. After we get diluted in the 1 for 5. What is the min share price to list on the CSE?

In any case some news is better than no news, and any deal that gets this thing trading at least gives us a chance to get out.
