on the CBLT news page, OMNI now is buying CBLT plus the other interest in the gold property they did not own and looks like they will own 100% of this property.
They are going to try to raise some money to do all this, I guess that is what everyone is hoping..
So we were a high tech handbag company, halted to become a blockchain company, then halted to become a pot company, now still halted as we transition to a mining company.
Something has to change with the Venture rules as essentially our "public" stock has become a private investment vehicle for insiders with none of the benefits.
Maybe they can revise their rules to allow for trading periods . Of course they cannot do that now since we are delisted, but while understanding halts of a few months maybe , being halted for years is ridiculous.
