Yea it may take some time (a few days to maybe a couple of weeks) once it start trading before we have our brand new golden shiny shares.

If I remember correctly the financing was at .60 so it should open close to that.

Given the 1 for 5 reverse and what I saw of the options and materials to read it would seem that Omni shareholders who say had 10,000 shares, would have 2,000 that opened around 50-60 cents, that would be my guess
