there's a doc on nov 16th stating that they haev raised 1.4M @0.60 and 150k @ 0.75

BTW,
RSG is supposed to have a shareholder meeting on Nov 27 to approve the amalgation with omni (apparently because RSG is curently a public non reporting co . with more than 50 S/H)

I read through everything and I am fairly certain they did not raise the needed money as of of the date of financials. Both deals waived the need to have the consolidation done and the financing. Also there is no word in there on raising any money.

We have subsequent to the financials paid out a bunch of money to CBLT and of course have our loss for the quarter.

Let me know what you think when you get a chance to read and check with any sources you have.
