I (informally) knew that the deal was voted and accepted but I didn't saw the official news, thanks for posting. Now at least we know that it will resume trading at some point in time, so we may recover some money (and who know, maybe make some profit)  out of this mess.

I dont think this is going to help anyone get their money back. Hopefully before tas loss season. New Mgmt is the same network as the old guys (Keir & Morgan's cabal). They will drain the funds in short order, IMO.
