RE: New Financingno that was not me...I have yet to dive into the company from a dd perspective. That is part of my weekend plan (beyond doing the dam# taxes - lol). The initial things that I heard were that mgmt were very diligent and persistant over the past 7 to 8 years; and that the agreement/partnership with Hitachi can bring in significant revenue this year? My limited understanding of the agreement and potential is that Hitachi expects to sell $200m plus in Japan...I heard that their royalty may be 30% of these sales? Can someone clarify, I've been looking for this number and perhaps it is not public?
Beyond the Hitachi agreement, I think the IP and patents they are accumulating are good strategic moves. Promoting and enforcing their patents will be a challenge. The outcome of the Citrex lawsuit will be paramount to this strategy. If both of these things happen then it looks like 2006 is the year this company may take a giant leap forward. I was given a conservative estimate that this was a $ 1.50 to $ 2 dollar stock by year end???
I have a couple tech stocks but have beeen running with the bulls in the pm market lately (mainly silver)...If things look good, I will try and get in this week. Has anyone heard any guidance for revenue projections...There MD&A does not provide any real substance of that nature.
