Many companies infringe on a patent unknowingly (IE. no idea there was a patent for x technology innovation). The fact that Citrex apparantly knew they were infringing on the patent triples the damages. Also, the rumor is that the judge ordered Citrex to 'settle' (IE. you are going to lose in court, so go and settle).
I think that strong hands are accumulating this stock right now with the expectation that ONE is a patent play that will be a (relative) cash cow. I expect the mc to be 4 to 5 times todays.
