RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: check the uspto it boggles the imagination of anyone reallyselling much at this point but as you say nesbitt has been the seller at every turn and this game has gone on there at some level for months. This stock is a pure bet with odds on the table. There is no way we should have been knocked down so fast from 1.39 when the CAFC news came out. Now we will get a final answer tomorrow from the USPTO- good or bad. The expectation if for the issuance of the final certificate in support of the patent- but one never knows what washrooms get visited along the way. If the PTO follows their course they will be washing their hands of this case. Citrex will then appeal to the CAFC, and given the recent ruling from there the case will be denied. At that point it should be game over.
Basically a few million shares have traded since the CAFC and most in the 1.06-1.25 range- game playing- no doubt. Shameless!
