I don't particularly care apart from question of reasonable ethics- I have no problem with shorting but that is not the case here- if the stock is being held down for a placement- that is an integrity issue. In the end it matters not and for everyone that believes the dow is going to 8000 or 18000 it matters not. And to be totally up about this, i have been in and out fo this for so long and gone up and down with the tide nothing would surprise me including a re-opening of the case in the PTO- is that my expectation- NO. But to watch the stock action today and view it as normal trading- right. Sorry bud! Does it matter- no a mere $60000 changed hands- nothing.
