Thanks. And I apologize because I have no proper understanding of the patent process, but is "prior art" adressed in the patent process and the review/appeal process with the patent office. So, if prior art is put forth as a defence at trial, would that successful argument essentially have to overturn the thorough review that was done by the patent office and the review process at the patent office?
