Classic play.  Package a group of generally unloved/overvalued assets using an already existing shell, give the insiders a ridiculous number of shares, attach an unrealistic valuation report, do a public offering of some sort, sell enough shares to recover initial investment, hold significant shareholder postion in a company without any real exposure, get bloggers and newsletter syncophants in Vancouver to write glowing reports on this 'new' opportunity.

Rinse, lather, repeat.
